Is this a more widespread problem, and is this related to what other on this thread are seeing, or something different? - Jason Mussetter To use a different group name, issue the SIPPAGEGROUP GROUPNAME command to the touch screen using the Text Console tool in Crestron Toolbox, where GROUPNAME is the desired group name (all capital letters with no spaces). I just uninstalled toolbox, and installed an 3.05.223 and it's working again (so far). NOTE: CRESTRON is the default ring groups for all shipping TSW圆0 touch screens. ComServer process dying when it tried to connect to any processor or touch panel. I tried updating toolbox to the latest latest version (as of yesterday), and it seemed to work on that processor, but then when I went to a different room (one that I did not have any problems with the day prior), and it was acting up again. It started when I working on a newer MPC3-302, and all hell broke loose. It appears from looking at the system tray, that it starts to connect, then the ComServer process just disappears, leaving toolbox without an active ComServer. For instance, if there’s a technical issue during a presentation or videoconference, a help desk technician can access the touch screen in the room. System administrators can then provide white glove remote help desk service. It can discover everthing, but not connect. Using the Crestron Remote Client you can connect directly to the UC-Engine for easy network monitoring and management. ![]() Was working fine, and then It started acting up and wouldn't connect. Newish laptop (4 months old, but mostly remote work and loading to my bench CP3). It seems I might be running into a similar problem as well, but not sure.
